  The owner of this business is NOT licensed in the City of Grover Beach
  (you can go to city hall to verify this) nor is she licensed by the Bureau of Real Estate which is required to run a property management company. We rented one of the vacation homes they have on a month to month basis recently and she constantly over charged us each month and failed to return our security deposit claiming damage THEN got paid by insurance for the same "damage" that we did not cause.
